Performance Nutrition Counseling
Knowing what to eat and when to eat it in order to train and compete at your best can be overwhelming, but we can help. Each performance nutrition counseling session includes:
- One 60 minute in person or telecommunication session which includes a detailed review of your two week food log and performance goals
- A two week meal plan designed for performance which makes every attempt to account for your schedule and dietary likes and dislikes
- Instruction on how to view food as fuel to assist with future meal planning
- Additional resources for recipes to enhance your meal rolodex and keep your motivated for healthy nutrition
The online training plan was perfect for me. With an extra busy schedule and wanting to train for a race, it was awesome to have my workouts planned for me. It was great that the training calendar was provided via an IRunTons online calendar, which I synched with my smart phone, so I had my workout plan with me at all times. Checking in/posting my workout log on the calendar also kept me accountable. I also appreciated that Coach planned the running and cross-training around my boot camp class schedule. I was able to train confidently and worry-free knowing the correct plan was done for me! The online support was fantastic, it was great to work with Coach one-on-one even though we are thousands of miles apart.
