Sandra Gallagher-Mohler, "Coach S"
Since pursuing a degree in psychology from Loyola University, over the last 16 years I have had the opportunity to coach high school Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track athletes, Division I Track and Field sprint and middle distance athletes, runners of all ages and abilities, and athletes of all ages from the sprint triathlon to the Ironman race distance. I have had the very fortunate opportunity to witness the 'bug' of running and multi-sport take hold of hundreds of athletes. It's a wonderful process to watch unfold as cautious, intimidated and undeveloped young buds start to find their strength, confidence and spirit, or when even elite level athletes tired of reoccurring injuries and poor race performances find new vigor and life in their training. It's an honor, in my opinion, to be a linking part of this new love of sport, which is why I love coaching. It allows me the opportunity to find runners and triathletes all across the running spectrum and spark or even re-ignite the flame that burns within them.

Our House
The Under Armour Performance Center is the athlete's playground, and the perfect place to invigorate your training. Whether it's one-on-one strength training or mental strength training sessions where we'll turn your weaknesses into your strengths, or group training sessions to get your competitive juices flowing, you'll leave each session feeling stronger, more confident and more capable than when you walked in the door.
I gained so much from my 10 sessions with Coach that I will use every time I go out and run! She has prepared me so much for my college lacrosse career in many ways; from fixing my running form, giving nutrition advice, showing me important stretches, and basically answering all of the questions I ever had about running! I really looked forward to going to my sessions because every time I left I learned something new and walked away feeling more confident about running than before.
